Round 1 - April ´26 - 2020

In the first round we were able to support 27 families with a total of 103 people in one of the most affected areas in Lomas de Santa Faz, Zone 18, Guatemala City.

Hello everybody, we are a small group of international individuals trying to help families who lost their incomes because of COVID-19.

In a first round of fundraising we already collected a total of $2,700 (Q21,000) and were able to provide 18 families in Lomas de Santa Faz in Zone 18 and 9 more families in different zones of Guatemala City. But there are plenty more in need of basic supplies! All the donations go 100% to people in need! We have 2 amazing local community helpers in Zone 18, who help us find and select the families who need help most. What we do is providing supply bags to the families. The bags value between Q150 and Q200, depending on the special needs and the size of the family. They contain basic food items like rice, beans, oil etc. and sanitary products like soap, hand sanitizer and toothpaste. We welcome any amount of donations and guarantee that the money goes a 100% to the people! We think its a good way to use the money we cannot spend by eating in restaurants, going to the movies or traveling, to help the onces in need.
